Momentous Bounces! 

At the Ninja Ball exhibit, balls of decreasing size are strung on a high tension wire.  Much like Ninja lore, these balls will take on superpowers as they transfer energy to one another and bounce up to 3 stories high! 

Like many of the exhibits at The Discovery Museums, this exhibit can be easily recreated at home or school using a basketball and a tennis ball.  Warning: the basketball will bounce a bit, but the tennis ball Ninja may end up on a neighbor’s roof!
