Community Groups
Groups of all sizes can enjoy an unstructured visit to The Discovery Museums at any time but larger groups can take advantage of group rates and guaranteed time inside the Museums by coordinating a group visit in advance.

Scouts
The Discovery Museums offers a number of exhibits that make a good match for scouting badges. While we no longer offer specific programs for scouts, we are happy to provide materials that will help you earn the badges you seek.Tips for Scouts and Scout Leaders:
Discovery begins with a curious mind, keen observation and thoughtful questioning. Get caught up in the experience with your scouts!
Plan a visit to The Science Discovery Museum with a specific badge in mind. Let your scouts explore the world of Science by becoming “Scientists” for the day. Explore the hands-on exhibits our museum has to offer. Our interactive exhibits enhance the physical science principles covered in the workshops and badge books.
Consider planning a scout outing to the Science Discovery Museum on an Early Release Day from school or a Teacher Professional Day. Find out what it’s like to try new things, guess about the results and make exciting discoveries together!
